cant burn xbox file to dvd

hi, i just finished downloading the tony hawk project 8 xbox game , and when
i opened it up it had 60 odd files and a sfv file, i thought it was
supposed to be a image of some sort ?
how can i burn it to dvd so that it play on xbox.

you must just burn it to a DVD and it should work
